Pereveslo Assets Management Close Joint Stock Company hereby notifies of the General Meeting of Shareholders that took place on August 8, 2008.
08/08/2008 Pereveslo Assets Management Close Joint Stock Company hereby notifies of the General Meeting of Shareholders that took place on August 8, 2008. Shareholders holding 99.99% of the shares attended the Meeting. The General Meeting considered urgent matters concerning the Company’s activities. It was resolved to make amendments to the Articles of Association in connection with an increase in the Company’s Authorized Capital by means of an additional issue of shares. Amendments were also made to issue prospectuses of Gluon, Ukrainian Real Estate, Comfort Capital 1 and Comfort funds.
It was resolved to issue investment certificates and issue prospectuses of Pereveslo Industrial, Pereveslo Energy and Pereveslo Resource funds.
