JSC "PEREVESLO", an Asset Management Company, was registered on September 6, 2005. The Head Office of the Company is located in Kyiv, Sim'i Khokhlovykh St. 15.

The Company obtained licence of SCSSM for the right to perform the asset management activity (series AБ No. 323027) on December 1, 2005, and is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business.

JSC "PEREVESLO", an Asset Management Company, was set up with participation of "Comfort Group", an investment-construction holding company, which unites over 40 enterprises engaged in the investment-construction business in various regions of Ukraine.

At present, "Comfort Group" is one of the leading operators in the market of development of housing and commercial real estate in Ukraine, which has been operating in the market since 1995 under "Comfort-Invest", "Comfort-Service" and "COMFORTBUD" trademarks.

Activity

The Company positions itself in the market as a professional manager of investment funds. Our mission consists in meeting ever-growing demand of legal entities and natural persons whose goal is to make an investment profit from operations with various assets: from real estate to securities.

We provide high investment opportunities to our clients and ensure that our clients:

• obtain a stable return on investment;
• preserve and increase their own capital;
• become even more prosperous;

With this aim in view, we set up and manage the investment funds investing in housing and commercial real estate, corporate rights, and securities of other companies in Ukraine.
